How Eliminatis Works

Eliminatis is a family-owned, veteran-owned pest control company working six New Jersey counties out of North Plainfield. This page is not about us — it is about what you can expect from us, on every job.

Our promise, in five parts

Inspection first, and it is free. Nobody applies anything until we have seen the problem, identified the insect or animal, and told you what we found. The treatment for the wrong pest wastes your time and your money.

A plan in writing before we start. What we intend to apply, where, and why — and what we need from you before we arrive. If a plan changes on site, the change is written down too.

Precision, not volume. Product goes where the pest actually lives — the crack, the void, the harbourage — not sprayed across a room. Less product, placed correctly, works better and is safer for the people and pets who live there.

A record of every application. Product, EPA registration number, amount, location, applicator and certification, within 24 hours, kept on file. New Jersey requires it; we would keep it anyway, because it is how a job gets verified rather than assumed.

We come back. Most problems take more than one visit to close — eggs hatch, populations move. Follow-up and monitoring are part of the job, not an upsell. And we answer the phone in English and Spanish.

What "precision" is supposed to mean

It is in the trade name, so it should mean something specific rather than sound reassuring.

It means we identify the insect before we treat it, because the treatment for carpet beetles is not the treatment for bed bugs and getting that wrong costs you a month. It means product goes into the crack, the crevice and the void where the population actually lives, rather than across a floor where it mostly evaporates. It means the follow-up visit is part of the job rather than an upsell.

And it means the work ends in a written record — what was applied, where, how much, by whom, under which certification. That record exists because New Jersey requires it, but the reason we lead with it is that it is the only part of this trade a customer can actually check.
